  VERY STRONG ROTATION ASSOCIATED WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO 3 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF HARGRAVE. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  50 MPH. QUARTER SIZE HAIL IS ALSO EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.
