* AT 810 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 8 MILES EAST OF FORT RICE...OR 25 MILES SOUTHEAST
  OF BISMARCK...AND MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
