THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BISMARCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN FOSTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA...

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 228 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT TWO TO THREE    
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS NORTHEASTERN FOSTER       
  COUNTY NEAR GRACE CITY...JUANITA AND MCHENRY. SIMILAR RAINFALL IS  
  EXPECTED ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST PORTIONS OF FOSTER COUNTY. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS
  OF EASTERN FOSTER COUNTY...INCLUDING THE TOWNS OF GLENFIELD...GRACE
  CITY...JUANITA AND MCHENRY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...
COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND
OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
