AT 355 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED
8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CAROGA LAKE...OR ABOUT 11 MILES NORTH OF
CANAJOHARIE...AND MOVING NORTH AT 35 MPH.

THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
6 MILES WEST OF CAROGA LAKE BY 405 PM EDT
STRATFORD BY 410 PM EDT

RAINFALL RATES AROUND ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR WILL OCCUR WITH THIS
STORM. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND POOR DRAINAGE LOCATIONS IS
LIKELY.
