HEAVY RAINFALL FROM THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AFTERNOON
AND EVENING MAY CREATE MINOR FLOODING...ESPECIALLY OVER RECENT
BURN SCARS. REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM DON COULD BRING TORRENTIAL
DOWNPOURS LATE SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY OVER PRIMARILY WESTERN AND
CENTRAL AREAS...RESULTING IN FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY OVER
RECENT BURN SCARS. MOISTURE WILL RECYCLE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
WITH LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE.

EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM...ALONG WITH HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

AREAS AFFECTED BY THIS STORM INCLUDE...HIGHWAY 434 NEAR BLACK
LAKE...HIGHWAY 120 BETWEEN BLACK LAKE AND OCATE...AND WILDERNESS
AREAS ALONG RAYADO CREEK.

HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND IN LOW SPOTS. FAST

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE COLORADO BORDER FROM VERMEJO PARK
EAST TO NEAR RATON PASS...THE JOHNSON MESA...AND FOLSOM. THESE
STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

HAIL UP TO ONE-HALF INCH IN DIAMETER AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH ARE
EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS...ALONG WITH HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. SMALL HAIL MAY ACCUMULATE UP TO SEVERAL INCHES
