AND PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
A BLAST OF ARCTIC AIR CONTINUES TO OVERSPREAD THE GULF REGION.
THIS WILL CREATE HARD FREEZE CONDITIONS EARLY WITH DANGEROUSLY COLD
WIND CHILLS. WINDS WILL REMAIN HIGH WITH GUSTS OVER 25 MPH. HIGH
TEMPERATURES ARE ONLY EXPECTED TO REACH AROUND 40 DEGREES. WINDS
WILL DECREASE TONIGHT ALLOWING TEMPERATURES TO DROP TO THE LOWEST
VALUES OF THE SEASON...INTO THE UPPER TEENS AT THE COLDEST SPOTS.
ANOTHER HARD FREEZE WITH WIND CHILL ADVISORY LEVEL TEMPERATURES
