OF DCC...TO NW OF SLN.  REPETITIVE THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS EVOLVED
ALONG AND JUST NORTH OF THIS WIND SHIFT AND HAS SERVED TO ONLY NUDGE
THE BOUNDARY SLIGHTLY SOUTH ACROSS CNTRL KS.  PWAT VALUES ARE
APPROACHING 2 INCHES ACROSS SCNTRL KS...WITH VALUES ON THE ORDER OF
1.5 INCHES INTO THE TX PANHANDLE.  WITH THE LLJ EXPECTED TO INCREASE
OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS IT APPEARS RENEWED DEVELOPMENT WILL BE
MAINTAINED ALONG SWRN FLANK OF EVOLVING HEAVY RAIN MCS.  WITH TIME
THE HEAVIEST RAIN MAY SAG A BIT SEWD ACROSS KS...BUT IT APPEARS THE
WIND SHIFT OVER THE TX PANHANDLE IS LIKELY LOCKED IN PLACE WELL INTO
THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
