EVENING. SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
ALONG THE BLUE RIDGE LATER THIS AFTERNOON...AND TRACK SLOWLY
EASTWARD INTO THE FOOTHILLS AND PIEDMONT. A FEW OF STORMS MAY BE
SEVERE WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. IN ADDITION...LOCALLY
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL COULD ALSO OCCUR WITH THESE SLOW MOVING
