NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON...PLEASANTS AND TYLER COUNTIES...

AT 712 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 20 MILES SOUTH OF
BARNESVILLE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. VERY HEAVY RAIN
WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND
QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS.

THIS STORM WILL BE NEAR SISTERSVILLE AROUND 740 PM...PADEN CITY
AROUND 745 PM...MIDDLEBOURNE AROUND 750 PM...WICK AROUND 755 PM AND
ALMA AROUND 800 PM.
