LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN IS ALSO LIKELY. THE MAIN THREAT FROM SEVERE
STORMS WILL BE DAMAGING WIND BUT ISOLATED TORNADOES ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE. OUTSIDE OF STORMS...WINDS WILL LIKELY GUST BETWEEN 30 AND
40 MPH.
