WINDS AND SEAS OFFSHORE HAVE SUBSIDED...WITH THE RISKS DUE TO
WEATEHR EASING OVER ALABAMA AND WESTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE CAOSTAL
WATERS. THE WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE OVERNIGHT...INCREASING THE
RISK TO SMALL CRAFT TONIGHT.

DRY CONDITIONS TODAY WILL INCREASE THE RISK OF WILDFIRE.
