SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP EARLY THIS EVENING AND SOME OF THE STORMS WILL BE SEVERE WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS THE PRIMARY THREATS...BUT AN ISOLATED TORNADO OR TWO CANNOT BE RULED OUT.
