ELSEWHERE...HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL TOP OUT AROUND 100 DEGREES. A THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX WILL MOVE FROM IOWA INTO NORTHEAST MISSOURI AND WEST CENTRAL ILLNIOIS LATE THIS MORNING...POSSIBLY REACHING EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI BY EARLY AFTERNOON. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS COULD BE SEVERE AND CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
