SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO AFFECT INLAND AREAS THIS AFTERNOON. A FEW STORMS COULD PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. THESE STORMS COULD ALSO PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...WHICH COULD LEAD TO SOME LOCALIZED STREET FLOODING IN LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
