            SEWAGE PLANT IN LYNCH WAS OFFLINE FROM MIDNIGHT CDT
            THROUGH 200 PM CDT JULY 22ND...DUE TO TOO MUCH RAINFALL
            OVERNIGHT. AN AUXILIARY PUMP WAS UTILIZED TO PUMP THE
            EXCESS WATER AND THE SEWAGE PLANT IS BACK IN OPERATION.
            LEVEL OF PONCA CREEK NEAR LYNCH HAS DROPPED IN HALF.
