DOWNPOURS. SOME OF THESE HEAVY DOWNPOURS COULD PRODUCE ISOLATED
INSTANCES OF FLASH FLOODING. SOME OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME
SEVERE...PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS.

MAINLY AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE

COMBINE WITH A STALLED UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. THUNDERSTORMS DURING
