AREAS WITHIN THE WATCH AREA COULD SEE WIDESPREAD 1-3 INCHES WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.

AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 5 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA.
LIFE-THREATENING FLASH FLOODS...AS WELL AS WIDESPREAD STREET
FLOODING...IS EXPECTED IN AREAS THAT RECEIVE EXCESSIVE RAIN.
