SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF IN
THE EVENING. TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED.
WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL GUST OVER 55 MPH. THIS WILL CAUSE
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS NEAR HEAVIER SNOW BANDS. VISIBILITIES WILL
FALL BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES IN OPEN AREAS DUE TO
BLOWING SNOW.
