SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH HEAVY RAINFALL AND EXCESSIVE RUNOFF POSSIBLE. SOME STORMS MAY PRODUCE OVER 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN LESS THAN HOUR...SETTING UP A FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
