OTHERWISE...A MUCH LARGER BATCH OF RAIN AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN EASTERN KANSAS WILL LIFT NORTHEAST...TRACKING ACROSS MOST OF NORTHWEST MISSOURI OVERNIGHT. DUE TO THE TROPICAL NATURE OF THIS RAIN...RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY EXCEED TWO TO THREE INCHES LOCALLY...LEADING TO EXCESSIVE RUNOFF AND FLOODING.
