THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN IOWA MID AFTERNOON IN ADVANCE OF A COLD FRONT. THE STORMS WILL MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT BRINGING A THREAT FOR LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
