AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES WESTERN AND NORTH
CENTRAL NEW YORK. A FEW OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE WITH
THE PRIMARY RISK BEING ISOLATED DAMAGING WINDS. THESE STORMS WILL

  STRONG THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS TO
  45 MPH AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  NEWFANE...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
