   WAYNE AND NORTHERN CAYUGA COUNTY...

* AT 144 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SHOWER DEVELOPING NEAR NORTH ROSE. SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP
ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF WAYNE AND NORTHERN CAYUGA COUNTY THROUGH
300 AM...WITH SOME BRINGING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE...WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AN INCH
POSSIBLE IN SOME SPOTS. THE AREA MOST LIKELY TO SEE THIS IS
NORTHEAST OF A SODUS TO CLYDE LINE...EXTENDING TO LAKE ONTARIO AND
FAIR HAVEN.

THIS STORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND COULD
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING OF ROADS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
