HEAVY RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTHWEST AND NORTH
CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. THE HEAVY RAIN COULD CAUSE FLASH FLOODING
AND A FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED EFFECTIVE UNTIL NOON MDT
OR 1 PM CDT. IN ADDITION THE THUNDERSTORMS CAUSING THE HEAVY RAIN
COULD BE SEVERE WITH LARGE HAIL AND STRONG WINDS. ALTHOUGH THE
BEST CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE THIS MORNING...THERE WILL
