WARM AND HUMID CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST THROUGH FRIDAY WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES IN UPPER 80S TO MID 90S. WHEN COMBINING THE
TEMPERATURE WITH THE HUMIDITY...THE HEAT INDEX WILL APPROACH 95 TO
100 ACROSS CENTRAL AND PORTIONS OF WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA THURSDAY
AND FRIDAY. THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE THURSDAY THROUGH
