GUSTY WINDS. OVERNIGHT...CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS INCREASE ACROSS
THE NORTHERN HALF OF SOUTH DAKOTA...BUT THE THREAT FOR SEVERE
WEATHER APPEARS RATHER MINIMAL.
