AND AVAILABLE MOISTURE IS LIMITED... BUT SHEAR IS VERY STRONG.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY... WITH THE MAIN THREATS BEING LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. THE TORNADO THREAT WILL BE MINIMAL...
BUT WITH THE AMOUNT OF SHEAR PRESENT... A BRIEF TORNADO WOULD NOT BE
