THUNDERSTORMS GENERALLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 70 WILL GRADUALLY PUSH
EASTWARD THIS MORNING. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS ARE POSSIBLE
WITH SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS...MOST LIKELY SOUTH OF A LINE
FROM COUNCIL GROVE TO OTTAWA BEFORE 8AM. THE SLOW MOVING NATURE
OF THIS THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX AND EFFICIENT RAINFALL PRODUCTION
COULD ALSO LEAD TO SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING PROBLEMS.
