MORNING SHV SOUNDING VERY UNSTABLE...SO ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT
EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON...MAINLY SOUTH AND EAST OF CURRENT
CONVECTION. WILL ADJUST SKY AND TEMPS DUE TO THE EXTRA CLOUD COVER
