TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. STRONG WEST WINDS FROM
25 TO 25 MPH WILL GUST TO 60 MPH AT TIMES TUESDAY AFTERNOON...THEN
SHIFT TO THE NORTH BEHIND THE COLD FRONT. IT WILL BE MUCH COLDER ON
WEDNESDAY...ESPECIALLY IN THE MOUNTAINS.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR THE COASTAL WATERS TUESDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

ABOVE NORMAL SURF TUESDAY EVENING WITH MAX SETS OF 7 TO 9 FEET
THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING FOR THE BEACHES SOUTH OF DEL MAR.

WEDNESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW AND
GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS IN THE ORANGE AND SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
MOUNTAIN PASSES.
