CAROLINA TO ALONG THE SPINE OF THE BLUE RIDGE SOUTH AND EAST OF
HILLSVILLE VIRGINIA.

HEAVY RAIN WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH AS THE EVENING PROGRESSES...BUT
RUNOFF WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE
