NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM OR TWO WILL
CONTINUE TO TRACK OVER RICHLANDS...TAZEWELL...BLUEFIELD...PRINCETON
AND SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH AT LEAST MID MORNING. RAINFALL THIS
MORNING HAS NOT BEEN PARTICULARLY HEAVY...HOWEVER AN ADDITIONAL
INCH TO INCH AND A HALF IS POSSIBLE IN SOME LOCATIONS THROUGH
11:00 AM EDT...AND THIS WOULD BE ENOUGH TO CAUSE PONDING OF WATER
ON ROADWAYS AND IN LOW LYING AREAS...ESPECIALLY IN URBAN LOCATIONS
AND AREAS THAT HAVE KNOWN DRAINAGE PROBLEMS.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH WATER IF IT IS FLOWING ACROSS THE
ROAD. SLOW DOWN IF TRAVELING IN HEAVY RAIN AS STANDING WATER CAN
CAUSE HYDROPLANING.
