THE SEVERE WEATHER RISK APPEARS GREATEST BETWEEN 1 PM AND 8 PM. IN ADDITION... FREQUENT TO NEARLY CONTINUOUS LIGHTNING STRIKES AND VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS MAY OCCUR WITH ANY STORM. ANY HEAVY SHOWERS OR STORMS THAT OCCUR OVER URBAN LOCATIONS WILL LIKELY LEAD TO BRIEF FLOODING OF STREETS OR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
