AN UPPER LOW PUMPING MOIST UNSTABLE AIR INTO THE REGION WILL ALLOW
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO REDEVELOP OVER MOST OF THE AREA
TODAY. THE BEST CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE IN CENTRAL AND
NORTHEAST OREGON AS WELL AS SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON. THE STORM
PREDICTION CENTER IN NORMAN OKLAHOMA HAS PLACED THESE AREAS IN A
SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE STORMS. THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE STORMS WILL
BE HEAVY RAIN AND LARGE HAIL.
