ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL MAY PRODUCE FLOODING IN THESE AREAS. THERE IS ALSO A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PORTIONS OF EAST ARKANSAS NORTH MISSISSIPPI GENERALLY SOUTH OF A LINE FROM HELENA ARKANSAS TO FULTON MISSISSIPPI. THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS WOULD BE LARGE HAIL AND POSSIBLY DAMAGING WINDS. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY MUCH COLDER AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE MIDSOUTH ON SATURDAY AS A POTENT UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES INTO THE REGION.
