LATER TONIGHT...A COMPLEX OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE SOUTH ACROSS EASTERN NEW MEXICO AND THE TEXAS PANHANDLE. THIS COMPLEX OF STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...SMALL HAIL...AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
