A VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE WILL BE IN PLACE AHEAD OF THIS BOUNDARY. WITH DAYTIME HEATING...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL FORM...ESPECIALLY BETWEEN THE HIGHWAY 190 AND INTERSTATE 10 CORRIDORS.
