SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST TODAY WITH THE
HIGHEST COVERAGE EXPECTED IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA AND ALSO IN
SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA. STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ACROSS SOUTHEAST GEORGIA
WHERE A STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE OVERHEAD THIS
AFTERNOON. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF DAMAGING WINDS
AND LARGE HAIL IN ADDITION TO HEAVY RAINFALL AND INTENSE CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING.
