OCCUR ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST GEORGIA AND NORTHEAST FLORIDA
THIS WEEK. RECORD FLOODING IS OCCURRING ALONG THE ALAPAHA RIVER AT
STATENVILLE. MAJOR FLOODING CONTINUES ALONG THE SATILLA RIVER AT
WAYCROSS AND ATKINSON. THE SANTA FE RIVER AT BOTH THREE RIVERS
ESTATES AND HILDRETH IS FORECAST TO REACH MAJOR FLOOD STAGE LATER IN
THE WEEK. MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING ALONG THE ALTAMAHA RIVER AT
BAXLEY AND CHARLOTTE AS WELL AS ON THE OCMULGEE RIVER AT LUMBER CITY.
