OVERCAST MID LEVEL CLOUDS AROUND 12K FT THIS EVENING ACROSS
CENTRAL IL WITH SW WINDS AROUND 10 KTS AND GUSTS NEAR 20 KTS EARLY
THIS EVENING. NEXT SHORT WAVE ALONG THE MO/KS BORDER WILL EJECT NE
