RELATIVELY WARM TEMPERATURES IN THE MIDDLE LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE MAY PRECLUDE SIGNIFICANT THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA.
