HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE...INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR
LOCALIZED FLOODING AND EXCESSIVE WATER ACCUMULATION IN LOW LYING
AREAS. AT THIS TIME AM NOT EXPECTING ANY ORGANIZED SEVERE
WEATHER...HOWEVER A BRIEF STRONG STORM CANNOT BE RULED OUT.
