STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 10 TO 16 INCHES FROM INTERSTATE 94 AND SOUTH...WITH LESSER AMOUNTS AS YOU GO NORTH. FAR NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA WILL SEE LITTLE IF ANY SNOWFALL. IN ADDITION...VERY STRONG WINDS OF 20 TO 45 MPH OVER THE SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL WILL CONTINUE. THESE STRONG WINDS COMBINED WITH FALLING SNOW AND FRESH SNOWFALL WILL CAUSE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WITH BLIZZARD CONDITIONS LIKELY.
