AND TONIGHT. THIS STORM SYSTEM WILL GATHER STRENGTH AND RESULT IN
POWERFUL WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 50 TO 60 MPH...TOWARD DAYBREAK. IN
ADDITION...DEVELOPING LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS IN COMBINATION WITH
THE STRONG WINDS WILL LEAD TO POOR VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW.
