THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE STATE. THE PRIMARY THREAT FROM THESE
STORMS WILL BE LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS AND ISOLATED TORNADOES.
IN ADDITION...HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS...
PARTICULARLY IN THE NORTHEAST PLAINS. LOCALIZED FLOODING MAY OCCUR
IN AREAS WHICH ALREADY RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS.

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY AFTERNOON
AND EVENING ACROSS THE EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST PLAINS FROM THE
INTERSTATE 40 CORRIDOR SOUTHWARD. THE PRIMARY THREATS WILL BE LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
