WESTERLY WINDS OF 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH CAN BE
EXPECTED IN THE ADVISORY AREA WITH 35 TO 50 MPH WITH GUSTS
EXCEEDING 60 MPH OVER THE CHUSKA MOUNTAINS...WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS
AND PLATEAU. IN ADDITION...A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM
10 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM THIS EVENING FOR THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE
