WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH ARE EXPECTED OVER A SMALLER AREA FROM JUST
EAST OF THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN ALONG INTERSTATE 40 TO CLINES

STRONG WINDS...VERY DRY RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AND A HIGH FIRE
DANGER WILL LIKELY LEAD TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS
