HEAVY RAINFALL FROM SLOW MOVING STORMS MAY RESULT IN LOCALIZED AREAS OF FLASH FLOODING. IN ADDITION...A FEW STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS TO THE TEXAS BORDER.
