POSSIBLE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN MAY PRODUCE ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING OR URBAN FLOODING. THE BEST CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE OVER NORTHERN MOHAVE COUNTY...CLARK AND LINCOLN COUNTIES AND SOUTHEAST INYO COUNTY.
