RAINFALL WHICH COULD LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING TONIGHT...ESPECIALLY
FOR AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH OF A DELPHOS TO GARNETT LINE. A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THESE AREAS TONIGHT.

HEAVY RAINS MAY PERSIST INTO SUNDAY MORNING FOR AREAS GENERALLY
